ExRobotics is the world's leading supplier of autonomous robots for industrial, potentially explosive environments. The company develops,assembles, sells, and deploys these robots to survey unmanned, and/or remote installations (both on- and offshore).

What are you going to do?

As Office Support, you play a crucial role in keeping our fast-growing company running smoothly. Just as our robots work autonomously, we empower our employees to take ownership and work independently. You will handle a mix of administrative, organizational, and office management tasks, ensuring everything operates efficiently. In addition to your administrative responsibilities, you will also take on temporary HR tasks during the absence of our HR lead (such as during holidays or short-term leave). In these instances, you will assist with core HR functions, ensuring that our employees continue to receive the support they need. Since we work in a multilingual environment, fluency in Dutch and English is essential for daily communication and collaboration.

Your responsibilities
  • General administrative tasks
  • Processing invoices in AFAS Profit
  • Providing administrative support for European and Dutch grants
  • Keeping the office organized and well-stocked
  • Managing general and executive inboxes
  • Scheduling meetings and coordinating calendars
  • Arranging travel for conferences and business trips
  • Assisting with marketing tasks
  • Assisting with HR tasks in absence of HR lead
  • Creating initiatives to promote a happy and healthy workplace

what do we have to offer?

Salary: €2,500 – €3,250 gross per month (40hours/week), based on experience
Contract: Permanent from day one, with a two-month trial period
Holidays: 30 days per year (40-hour workweek)

what do you bring to the table?

Education: Minimum MBO level 4 in Business Administration, Office Management, Secretarial Studies, Facility Management, or a related field
Experience: At least 2 years in an Office Support role
Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AFAS Profit
Languages: Excellent reading and writing skills in Dutch and English
Location: You live within 50 KM of Delft
Mindset: You are eager to learn and thrive in an innovative environment 
Work Authorization: You must already have a permanent work permit for the Netherlands. We are not able to sponsor visas.
