Accomplished through the great partnership with Shell, we are proud to annouce that the ExR-1 is now registered in the Shell Global Technology Catalogus. This qualifies the ExR-1 as a mature technology and tool, which is available for all worldwide Shell operating companies to adopt.

The ExR-1, is designed to carry out safety checks at remote unmanned facilities. The operator sits in a central control facility and drives each robot in turn by using it’s sensors as the eyes and ears of the operator. Whilst it is equipped with a camera for visual inspection and a microphone for sound monitoring.
